The Application Process
Our powder coating process begins with a thorough cleaning of the surface to ensure that the part is free of dust, dirt, and debris. We first coat the material with a degreaser and/or phosphate rinse. Next, the metal area is then sandblasted, to ensure a proper adhesion for the powder. The powder is then applied electrostatically using a spray gun, and cured under heat in an oven.
